Clash royale tried to hide it from everyone, but i found the answer.

Recently, after 5 years clash royale changed the game’s architecture from armeabi-v7a to arm64-v8a. Those are completely incompatible from each other.

What that means is one architecture is 32 bit and the other is 64.

So u might think : oh wouldnt a 64bit emulator work?

Well yes, but actually No.

Now memu has a x64 bit emu option. X64. Not arm64. Those are different architectures, okay. X64 is actually amd64, which is not compatible with arm64 in any way. Those cannot work together.

TL;DR : Clash royale changed their architecture to a newer one. In order to run it on a emulator now, it needs to be recoded to support arm64.

What this means for non emulator players, if ur phone doesnt support the arm64 architecture or incase of a ios device u have a device older than iPhone 5s guess what! U can No longer play the game! All thanks to supercell for changing their architecture for no reason.
