redditMirror and elixir averages

As we all know mirror has an undefined elixir cost. Curious, I tested how it affected the elixir average in decks. The results were completely unexpected. Mirror didn’t seem to affect the elixir average consistently. Take a look below.

Firstly we have mirror by itself as a control.

Mirror by itself = average 1.0 elixir

Now we add cards to the deck to see what the average becomes. As you’ll see Mirror is not consistently represented as 1 elixir.

The format I’ll be using is as follows:

Mirror + (number of cards) and (cost of cards) = average elixir cost

for example, this first one means mirror and one 1 elixir card make the average elixir cost 1.3

Mir. + one 1 = av 1.3

Mir. + two 1 = av 1.2

Mir. + three 1 = av 1.2

Mir. + four 1 = av 1.2

Mir. + five 1 = av 1.1

Mir. + any number of 2 = av 2.0

Mir. + one 3 = av 2.3

Mir. + one 4 = av 3.0

Mir. + one 5 = av 3.3

Mir. + one 6 = av 4.0

Mir. + one 7 = av 4.3

Mir. + one 8 = av 5.0

Mir. + one 9 = av 5.3

Notice the pattern of .0 and .3 I wonder if there’s some kind if formula at play here? Or am I missing something? Ideas welcome.
