One player gets all their cards and towers maxed out to Level 13, while the other player has their towers and cards downgraded to Level 1, even cards that can't normally be Level 1. The catch is that the player with the Level 1 cards gets Infinite (7x) Elixir, as Level 13 cards have just over triple the stats of Level 1 cards.

The reason it isn't just Triple Elixir is because a troop with doubled health and damage is actually four times as powerful as the original troop, as it survives for twice as long, and deals twice as much damage during that doubled survival time.

Feel free to point out flaws and provide potential improvements.
