I have been playing this game for a while. Not F2P but I thought hey, I play this more than any console game, they deserve my dollars. I did not buy Pass this month as most didn’t. I do have four almost maxed out decks but I am just not enjoying the game anymore. The update ruined it for me because I’m watching my clan and friends struggle to keep up.

All I want is an acknowledgement and an apology. If Supercell said “yea, we hear you, we missed the mark”, I would be cool with that. Instead, a lack of a genuine acknowledgement and a genuine apology makes this harder to bear. Let us know that they heard us and want to work with us. I think we would be pretty forgiving if they just (actually) heard us.
