  7. I haven't seen much talk of this and I may be alone but I feel one of the issues currently with the game is the lack of variation on rewards. We grind ladder, play challenges or complete war and we get cards, gold or tokens (which gives you cards). Through (paid) pass royale you gain an emote and tower skin. There is the odd emote from challenges. But that is all. I am in a position where I don't want cards anymore and feel like unique customisables for ladder and war would add more to the experience.   8. Clash is a 4 year old game that hasn’t really changed in that time. The concept is great but nothing last forever. The game needs to improve and it can by adding training, pve, and focusing more on tournament standards. The introduction tutorial of the game is a joke. Kill the other players tower. Don’t let your tower die. Cards have different rarities. Good luck. That’s all it is and it isn’t acceptable. I’m a loyal customer who has spent money with your company and created a community within your game for your games players to use and this is how you repay all of our loyalty ?   16. I’ve noticed a lot of of the reasoning for the update issues center around long dev cycles, a small team and lack of feedback integration. Im a software engineer. I know about dev cycles, iterating software and release pipelines. Supercell grossed 1.5 billion dollars in 2019. Clash Royale I’m sure grossed upwards of 300 million. That’s a lot of money revenue. So, if the problem is a small team? If that’s the issue, why wouldn’t the team get help? Let’s break this down. 1. Dev cycles. Most people nowadays use Agile methods. This is a short term, iteration method that constantly has user feed

Once again we have a highly underwhelming, buggy, poorly thought out update with cringe UI changes from the CR dev team and Drew’s latest post gives the but we are a small team (who all really love the game) excuse again. SUPERCELL is a $10 billion company (valued 2016 in Tencent acquisition) with around 323 employees and a 2019 revenue of $1.56 billion.
