  2. If it’s op, they will nerf it next months, if it’s broken, they might do emergency nerf, if it killed a card, they will buff it next months after they gather data, whether a change is good or bad is going to show with time. You can’t know for sure 1 day after the change went live or b4 it even releases. And they always play test myriad of times. Take exe rework for example. When ppl saw new exe, ppl thought it will broke the game and they nerfed it b4 it went live even tho Seth said they had a below balanced result when they play tested, Another example is tornado, They nerfed it b4 it releases because people thought it was a huge buff and will overtake the meta. Also, Miner nerf, when Seth said they will be nerfing miner “next season”, people IMMEDIATELY assumed it is going to kill the card and when they announced the nerf, people were disappointed at such a small and unnoticeable change to such popular card. submitted by /u/Donghoon [link] [comments]View the full article

  5. If you don’t have a max deck, you can’t really progress ladder as much as you want because you’ll eventually be overpowered because you’re at a disadvantage. The war collection day is just 3 battles, and then 1 war attack day = slow and stale Party mode gets repetitive after a while with no real incentive to play (I play 2vs2 a lot but it there’s no real point as there are no rewards other than chests) Classic and Grand Challenges = these cost gems so you’re really limited on how many you can do Special Challenges = come only once every few days, the rewards are usually good (not always though), and are really short so you have to wait again to do these The game is very slow for me right now as I don’t have enough gold to upgrade my cards and I am waiting to collect more of other cards.   9. Anyone have a valid explanation as to why they didn’t nerf bats this month? They have nearly a 25% ladder usage rate and a 33% GC usage rate. With a plus 50% win rate on both.   10. Supercell and their unpaid interns have gone off the deep end. Stop wasting people’s time and gold and chests with lazy new creations. Spend 1/10th that time on the things mentioned above, as well as on the dozens of very basic problems that have existed in the game for 3 years and been repeatedly brought up in this sub. Stop telling your interns to spend so much time scheming for your cash grab strategies, stop spending so much time on “new” cards that are blatantly lazy jobs and are a nerf to everyone’s resources and chests, and instead spend more time on the things mentioned above, and on properly testing cards before balances so that you don’t, for the 30th time, spend 3 months with “experts” testing it and thinking it’s balanced, only for regular players to take 1 day to realize something’s way OP. submitted by /u/--Gingersnap-- [link] [comments]View the full article

I noticed that all the skeleton cards have something they use to do damage rather than having an ability: Giant Skeleton (holds bomb) Bomber (throws bomb) Skeleton barrel use the barrel to float to the arena Bomb tower (bomber throws bomb) I think it should stay that way with this skeleton dragon too. It shouldn’t shoot out fire at all but should have something it holds or drops.
